Thanks for your question. Tag Inspector has the capability to scan tags in mobile websites but not mobile apps. It does pick up the AT Internet web Analytics tags like AT Internet Analyzer and Xiti. The tool also has capability to emulate mobile browser user agents for iPhone, Android and Windows.
